Shipping policy
Did you order before 4 p.m.? Then your order from Lashesmadness.com will be shipped the same day! We always aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days.
Shipments within and outside Europe
We ship within everywhere within Europe. Do you want to receive your order outside of the EU else? Then take Contact us for the possibilities.
Shipping costs Europe
- We do not charge any costs for shipments within Europe.
We always ship with PostNL or DHL.
All our postal packages are sent including the following:
- Insured shipping
- Home address only
- Signature on delivery
Products in stock
In general, we always update our stock in a timely manner and as quickly as possible depending on demand. If you have a product in mind that is not in stock, please let us know via our contact details. We can then immediately inform you when it is back in stock.
Delivery time and Track & Trace
If the products are in stock, we aim to deliver everything within 2 working days (orders placed before 4 p.m. are shipped today!). You will receive one from us Track & Trace code with which you can track the order. If it is not possible to ship your order within 1 working day, we will inform you in time.
Are not you home?
PostNL and DHL will then deliver your package to the neighbors as standard. Or at a PostNL/DHL location nearby. They will leave you a ticket with a 'not at home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.
Have you not received your package yet?
Usually your package is delayed by the postal service. Report within 7 days (calculated from the day you should have received your package according to Track & Trace). Send an email to support@lashesmadness.com. We will then start an investigation at PostNL. The outcome of this investigation will be binding on all parties.
